Comparative Effectiveness Research Professorship

The Comparative Effectiveness Research Professorship (CERP) is a topic-specific competition designed to provide flexible funding to outstanding researchers who have made and are continuing to make significant contributions that have changed the direction of cancer research and who provide mentorship to junior researchers. This program was created in response to the rapid growth of the Comparative Effectiveness Research (CER) field and the governmental recommendation to increase training opportunities in comparative effectiveness methods.

Drug Development Research Professorship

The Drug Development Research Professorship is designed to provide flexible cancer research funding to outstanding researchers who have made, and are continuing to make, significant contributions that have changed the direction of cancer research and who provide mentorship to future researchers. This award is intended to support qualified individuals who are dedicated to bringing advances into the clinical arena by exploring new and promising therapeutic compounds that will lead to improved treatments, and to mentoring other researchers in the scientific and regulatory aspects of drug development.
